For some, it was an old, inconspicuous farmstead on the outskirts of town. For others, it was a hidden historical real estate treasure right at the entrance to Osnabrück, waiting to be brought back to life. The Barlag family of entrepreneurs belonged to the latter group.

Our bright, friendly Comfort Rooms welcome short-term travellers. For longer stays (medium and long stays), comfortably furnished studios, lofts and suites are available – all with a kitchenette, variable sizes and space for up to 5 people. A highlight is the exclusive penthouse suite with sun loggia on the second floor.

In the light-flooded Cafe on the south side, guests and visitors can enjoy regional specialities and coffee breaks – indoors or outdoors in the idyllic courtyard with its old chestnut trees. The Farmshop invites you to browse: selected food products, stylish accessories, gift ideas, handmade furniture and home textiles, which you can not only buy, but also ‘experience live’ in the apartments.

Two ground-floor conference rooms with modern facilities provide the ideal setting for workshops, meetings and celebrations. Both rooms can be combined on request, offering flexible options – including a view of the café and farm shop. A particular highlight is the Farmers Lounge in the attic of the side wing, with its open kitchen, conference technology and unique atmosphere. The view of the courtyard or the paddock inspires and creates a cosy atmosphere at the same time.
