Breakfast for overnight guests

Overnight guests can enjoy a continental breakfast buffet in our EARLY LOUNGE every day:

Monday to Friday: 7 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
Saturday to Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
 

Time for a visit to the café? We warmly welcome you to our in-house café.

Wednesday & Thursday from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday to Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Closed on Monday & Tuesday.

Check-in from 14:00 hrs | Check-out until 11:00 hrs

We will send you all the important information before your stay. This allows you to conveniently fill out your registration form and pay the bill in advance. After you have entered your personal details, you will receive a slide/pin on the day of arrival at 2.00 pm, which will take you directly to your room.

If you would prefer a key card for your stay, please contact reception.

If you arrive before 14:00, we will do our best to get you into your room as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we will be happy to take care of your luggage.

Don't feel like getting up early? Just ask for a later check-out when you arrive.

Checking out in person at reception is not necessary.

Bookings up to 4 days can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 day (15:00) before arrival. After that we charge 90% of the stay. Cancellations for group bookings (4 rooms or more) can be arranged individually.

Of course you can pay on site.

You generally pay before check-in. Unless a debit payment method was agreed when the contract was concluded.

You can pay with any normal Girocard (EC card), credit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX) and Paypal. Cash payments are possible in euros. Alternatively, you can transfer the total amount in advance. You will find the relevant bank details in the booking confirmation.

Distances

Osnabrück main station: 6.8 km by public transport, approx. 25 minutes by car
City/ Neumarkt stop: 5.8 km by public transport, approx. 20 minutes by car
Münster/Osnabrück Airport (FMO): 57 km by car, approx. 45 minutes by car

Bus connection/HBF

From Osnabrück main station, bus lines 12,15,16,18, M3 only take you two stops to Neumarkt. 
Change to bus line 492 in the direction of Hasbergen. Get off at the stop Osnabrück Wiehmeyer/Lengericher Landstraße. The Farmhouse № 50 is a 5-minute walk away.

Travelling by car

The Farmhouse № 50 is just a few minutes from the A30 motorway (Osnabrück-Hellern exit) and is connected by just one main road (Lengericher Landstraße). You can reach our domicile by car from the A30 motorway exits from the east and west in just 5 minutes.

Our car park is free of charge!
Your own car park directly in front of Farmhouse № 50 is not only practical, but also emphasises the contemporary character of our accommodation. Park, check in, feel at home!

We don't have a traditional breakfast room, but you still don't have to leave the house hungry.

Early bird - you're out of the house early

We pack your lunch with 2 sandwiches, muesli bars, muesli to go, yoghurt and fruit. You can also take a soft drink of your choice from the Mini Market.

Order one day in advance by 16:00 or preferably on arrival.

Wednesday to Saturday from 9:00 to 18:00.
Sundays and public holidays from 9:00 to 17:00.
Monday & Tuesday are closed.

Your four-legged friend is very welcome in our Green Studios and Green Lofts!

We charge €15 per day for your dog's stay. To make your dog feel at home from the start, we naturally provide a water and food bowl and a cuddling area.

As many other dogs are not so well off, we donate €5 of the daily fee to an animal welfare organisation.

Good to know for allergy sufferers: Certain rooms cannot be booked with a dog.

Our guests have access to 4 charging stations with 8 charging points at the hotel. Billing takes place directly via the provider.

Conveniently wash and dry yourself. Our LaundryRooms are located on the ground floor and first floor. They are equipped with washing machines and dryers as well as irons, ironing boards and drying racks. We charge €8.50 per machine for the use of the washing machine or tumble dryer.

Simply add the service to your hotel bill or let us know.

Each of our rooms receives a daily cleaning service in the form of a short check-up.
For stays of at least one week, we offer a cleaning service with linen change once a week.

Decide what to do with the towels. The location of the towel says it all. If it's hanging on the hook in the hotel room, use it again. If it's on the floor, you want a change of towels.

Change of linen for stays of 7 days or more

Towels and bed linen are provided in the room and are changed as part of the weekly cleaning.

Privacy

We understand and respect your privacy. The Farmhouse № 50 reserves the right to visually inspect the guest rooms to ensure the well-being of our guests and to guarantee a good condition of the rooms.
